Two days legal awareness programme was conducted at Walong, Hayuliang, Hawai and Kobithoo circles of Anjaw district in collaboration with All Mishmi Welfare Society, Anjaw and Anjaw district administration. The programme was sponsored by NCW conducted from 30th to 31st Jan'2019 under the topics: Domestic violence and polygamy, sexual harassment at work place, pocso act, breast and cervical cancer, drug abuse and its impact, compulsory registration of marriage and legal aid maternity benefit act 1961, child and bonded labor, property rights of women and right to women and livelihood.
