The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW), in collaboration with the National Commission for Women (NCW), successfully conducted a Training Programme for One Stop Centre Staff and Protection Officers. 

The programme aimed to strengthen understanding of: 

• Women-centric laws
• Victim support mechanisms
• Case handling procedures
• Coordinated institutional responses 

The programme was inaugurated by Smt. Vijaya Rahatkar, Hon’ble Chairperson, NCW. 

The training witnessed active participation from OSC staff, Protection Officers, government officials, and stakeholders committed to strengthening support systems for women across Arunachal Pradesh.

The programme reaffirmed the shared commitment of NCW and APSCW towards building a safer, more responsive, and empowered society for women.
