The Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women, in collaboration with the National Commission for Women, successfully conducted a Jan Sunwai at the DC Camp Office, IG Park, Itanagar. 

The programme was held in the presence of: 

• Smt. Vijaya Rahatkar, Hon’ble Chairperson, NCW
• Smt. Yalem Taga Burang, Hon’ble Chairperson, APSCW
• Shri Toko Babu, Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar 

The Jan Sunwai provided an important platform for women to voice grievances related to domestic violence, harassment, family disputes, workplace concerns, and other issues affecting women. Appropriate guidance, counselling, and directions were provided to facilitate timely redressal. 

On the same day, a POSH Training Programme was conducted at Pare Hall, DK Convention Hall, IG Park, Itanagar.
